By lucky I was able to change the pickup place. I was strong at Malpensa, I didn’t understand why they schedule the pickup at Linate. But the rest of the service was nice!

The bike was a base model without computerized suspension adjustment. The tires and brakes were good. There was a major dead spot at low end and the started di not always engage; had to push start one time. Tire and brakes were in good shape and did not expect the top bag which was a plus. The agreed upon contract was honored without problems.

Service received from the local shop was very good. the motorbike was in excellent condition. There was a slight misunderstanding with the time for returning the bike, but it was easily resolved in a friendly and helpful manor. I appreciate the service received from Cristiano, Luca and Ricky.
